CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS
The Custodian of Records for the Ventura County Probation Agency serves as the liaison between the Agency and persons and entities requesting adult and juvenile probation records as well as public records requests. Criminal offender records information (CORI) is generally confidential, and its disclosure is regulated by statutes, regulations, case law, rules of court and Agency policy.
Adult & Juvenile Probation Records
The release of adult probation records is governed by the California Penal Code Sections 1203.05; 1203.7 & 1203.10. The release of juvenile probation records is governed by the Welfare & Institutions Code Sections 827 & 828. For these records, please contact the Custodian of Records.

Public Records
